We create sustainable, harmonious, and site specific places for our clients.

Our clients’ needs and observations are at the root of our work often resulting in a close collaboration throughout all phases of the project. We believe that the close-knit communication process results in a better design solution for our clients. We conduct thorough
research early in the process and communicate our design decisions and material choices clearly to
both our clients and professional collaborators.

Attention to detail is integral to our design process, from the initial design phase to construction administration. We believe that successful projects are the result of different teams working together smoothly. As a small and growing business, we collaborate with outstanding designers, architects, and engineers to bring our clients’ vision to a successful end project.

No matter the project’s size, our team provides the same level of attention and dedication to each project. Our goal is to ensure our clients’ happiness and satisfaction with the final work while creating an optimal solution that prioritizes sustainability, function, and aesthetics.

Claudia Mulas

Claudia Mulas is an architect who was born in Poland and raised in France. She has been living in the New York City area for the last thirty years. Claudia studied painting and drawing at École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, while also obtaining her MA in theater studies at the Nouvelle Sorbonne-Censier. Her passion for theater led her to work as a set designer for French television. However, Claudia fell in love with New York City during one of her trips and decided to pursue a career in architecture. She enrolled in Cooper Union and eventually earned her M Arch from NJ IT. Claudia is a registered architect in the states of NY, CT, and NJ, and is also a LEED Bd+ C accredited architect.

Claudia’s art background brings a unique sensitivity to her design process. She values the importance of light and considers it an equal partner in making spaces. Claudia is also a passionate nature lover, taking daily outdoor walks and carefully observing the natural world for inspiration. Her designs are responsive to the surrounding landscape and existing conditions, created thoughtfully and respectfully to generate places of inspiration, function, and comfort.
