The apartment building, constructed in 1937, is situated one block away from the main street in Greenwich, CT. The clients desired to renovate and modernize the existing two-bedroom apartment by enhancing the general flow and increasing the size of several spaces to create a more inviting atmosphere. The primary alteration was to repurpose an unused spare bedroom to create a capacious open kitchen and expand the narrow corridor into an inviting main entrance to the apartment.
